Bombing survivors, police officers, and Mayor Marty Walsh were all among the participants Saturday. SOUNDBITE (English) BOSTON MAYOR MARTY WALSH SAYING: "There's a lot of excitement out here today and it really shows how strong we are as a city and how much we're actually feeding off the survivors." Three people were killed last year after a twin explosion near the Boston Marathon finish line. 260 were injured. SOUNDBITE (English) BOSTON MARATHON BOMBING SURVIVOR SAYING: "I have constant pain running down my right leg. I have hearing loss in my right ear. I have very loud ringing in my ear today, all day and all night." But this survivor is proud of the message they are sending today.
