Firefighters near Seattle, Washington spent Friday morning dousing flames from a massive explosion. The blast leveled several local businesses but miraculously left no serious injuries. The 3 a.m. explosion made the Seattle suburb look like a war zone with debris scattered everywhere. (SOUNDBITE) (English) LINDA CROSSON, NORTH BEND RESIDENT, SAYING: "All of a sudden there was a big boom. And I thought it was an earthquake cause everything was shaking. The windows were rattling and I thought, 'oh my god. What's going on?'" Officials believe the blast may have started at a pizza restaurant under renovation. Firefighters are investigating whether it was a natural gas leak that caused the blast. (SOUNDBITE) (English) SCOTT GOTTS, FIREFIGHTER, SAYING: "Just the initial explosion itself, just kind of assimilate that it was a natural gas explosion, so one of our priorities was to get the gas secured." About 200 residents lost power due to the explosion.
