It's party time for Time Magazine's 100 most influential people.
The publication celebrated those on their annual list with a gala in New York.
The list includes 41 women, the most ever included in the magazine's history, which includes celebrities Beyonce, Miley Cyrus and Carrie Underwood.
SOUNDBITE: Carrie Underwood, singer, saying (English):
"It feels crazy. I am very blessed, I am very honored. It was such a nice surprise getting that phone call that I was like: 'Can you repeat that? I am going to be on what?' But I know I am a lucky lady and just to be mentioned in 99 other names that are so much more awesome than me - I guess, well yes."
Actress Amy Adams says the inclusion made her feel responsible to leave an significant mark in her field.
SOUNDBITE: Amy Adams, actress, saying (English):
"When I looked at the entire list, I was really overwhelmed to be included and honored and all of that, what you would expect. But I was also, it maybe think about how I can work more in the future to really make an impact outside of entertainment, and these that I am here with tonight are so inspiring in so many ways."
Besides entertainers the list includes politicians, scientists, activists and entrepreneurs.
