Toronto Mayor Rob Ford finally says he will take time off to get professional help to deal with a drinking problem. Ford has gained global notoriety after two news outlets said they'd seen video of him smoking a crack pipe. He finally admitted smoking crack cocaine "in a drunken stupor". But his leave of absence from his duties as mayor and a re-election campaign only comes now as news breaks that new video has emerged. The Globe and Mail newspaper says they seen film of Ford smoking a copper pipe as recently as Saturday. Separately, the Toronto Sun newspaper said it had video of Ford ranting and swearing in this Toronto bar. Ford came to power in 2010, billing himself as a champion of ordinary people. And now it's up to them to decide whether he'll be returned to office in October's municipal elections.
