Now that's a sparkler. The "Graff Vivid Yellow" weighs more than 100 carats and is expected to be the shining star at Sotheby's jewelry sale in Geneva next week. But you'll need deep pockets ... this cushion-shaped diamond is estimated to bring in $15-$25 million (USD). SOUNDBITE: David Bennett, chairman of Sotheby's jewelry department for Europe and the Middle East, saying (English): "One hundred carat diamonds is clearly a magical number for diamonds because once it gets to 100 carats it's into the realm of extreme rarity. The highlight, probably the star of the sale, is the 100.09 carat Graff Vivid Yellow as it is called, in the book of famous diamonds. It is this extraordinary deep daffodil yellow. It is a charming stone, full of life, full of color." Another brilliant beauty up for sale - also cut by Graff - is this round white diamond. It weighs more than 103 carats, and will likely fetch between $3.5 million - $5 million (USD). The gemstones have been on a world tour and Sotheby's says they've drummed up interest in Europe, Asia and New York. The Magnificent Jewels will go under the hammer on May 13th.
