U.S. First Lady Michelle Obama calls for the return of more than 200 kidnapped Nigerian girls by the Islamist militant group Boko Haram, in a post on the social media website Twitter.
Mrs. Obama posted a photo of herself holding a sign reading "#Bring Back Our Girls."
Her message came on the same day the U.S. announced it would send a team of technical experts to assist Nigeria with their recovery.
The degree of U.S. assistance is still being defined but the Pentagon said that the "coordination cell" at the U.S. embassy in Abuja would include fewer than 10 military personnel.
