(Media screaming "Monica, Monica") Americans haven't heard her name in years. And for well over a decade, that's just the way Monica Lewinsky wanted it. All of that however could change as a new issue of Vanity Fair hits the stands. In it, the former White House intern writes about her relationship with then President Bill Clinton ---- an affair that resulted in his impeachment and forever changed the course of her life. Just how interested is the public? --- Well, that's another matter. SOUNDBITE) (English) ANNLYNN KULP, NEW YORKER, SAYING: "I probably wouldn't read it. I mean people sleep around all the time. She's just another woman that did it and got caught." (SOUNDBITE) (English) JOAN POMPEI, NEW YORKER, SAYING: "Personally, I don't care anymore. But she kind of shamed herself - can't blame anybody else." (SOUNDBITE) (English) SUBASH MIDHA, NEW YORKER, SAYING: "I really don't care. It's an old issue and we should just close it and move forward. We can't keep dragging the country back into the old quads and stop the future progress." (SOUNDBITE) (English) KENT, NEW YORKER, SAYING: "I wouldn't read it. I don't care, bless her." (SOUNDBITE) (English) RICK, NEW YORKER, SAYING: "Shame on her. Shame on her." (SOUNDBITE) (English) KITTY CHANG, NEW YORKER, SAYING: "It's so long ago, it doesn't really matter. I don't care about her." While Clinton weathered the scandal, Lewinsky, who was in her early 20s when it started, writes that fallout and the humiliation made it difficult for her to find work. She says she also considered killing herself. Now 40-years-old, Lewinsky's decision to break her silence comes amid speculation that Hillary Clinton is considering a bid for the presidency.
