May 8 - A 90-year-old Indiana man who admitted serving as a cocaine courier for a Mexican drug cartel is sentenced on Wednesday to three years in federal prison. Sarah Toms reports.

Decorated World War Two combat veteran has had better birthdays. (SOUNDBITE) (English) UNIDENTIFIED REPORTER SAYING: "Sir, what are your thoughts regarding the sentence today? SHARP: "Thoughts?" UNIDENTIFIED REPORTER: "Yeah. What did you think about the sentence?" SHARP: "Heartbroken!" On the day he turned 90 he was sentenced to three years in US federal prison. (SOUNDBITE) (English) LEO SHARP SAYING "No, execept that it's a death sentence." Leo Sharp's admitted serving as a cocaine courier for a Mexican drug cartel. (SOUNDBITE) (English) LEO SHARP SAYING "I'll (expletive) kill myself!" The Indiana man was pulled over by police for erratic driving...they found 104 bricks of cocaine in his truck.
