Two boaters in Washington state pull an 88-year-old man from frigid waters after the man's car plunges into the Puget Sound. Jonathon Watkins of Safe Boats describes Thursday's ordeal. (SOUNDBITE) (English) JONATHON WATKINS OF SAFE BOATS SAYING: "I was hoping that it was just a car that lost its parking brake, but when I got to it and felt him I knew it was a man. He brought me the knife and I cut his seatbelt and at that point I'd gotten so cold I couldn't pull him out myself." Moments later, emergency officials joined in on the rescue. (SOUNDBITE) (English) JONATHON WATKINS OF SAFE BOATS SAYING: "I helped, the firefighters and EMTs and the police officers, they're the ones that did everything."
