It's some of the worst flooding - ever - to hit the eastern part of Croatia, where villages are underwater. An elderly woman, bleeding, is pulled by rescuers from the roof of a house. A dog, clinging to life -- also pulled to safety. Some 1,000 soldiers have been deployed to help with the relief effort. In neighboring Serbia and Bosnia, at least 20 people have died. Meteorologists say unusually heavy downpour, roughly three months worth of rain in just three days, is to blame. It's the worst flooding here in 120 years.
