ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) President Barack Obama told new graduates of the West Point Military Academy on Wednesday (May 28) that it would be their generation's task to respond to a changing world by choosing how best to lead and how to extend peace and prosperity. "Here's my bottom line: America must always lead on the world stage. If we don't, no one else will," Obama said. During his roughly 45-minute commencement speech, Obama laid out a broad vision for America's role, one that is reliant on international diplomacy and avoids over-reaching or unilateral action. His speech touched on numerous overseas conflict, including Ukraine, Syria, Russia, China and many more.
