The Bronx Zoo debuted one of the newest members of its family Thursday -- a baby giraffe.
But this baby is not so little.
Giraffes are typically around 6 feet tall at birth and can weigh more than 100 pounds.
As the tallest animal in the world, they can grow to more than 17 feet tall and weigh more than 3,000 pounds.
The still-unnamed calf was born in winter and is part of the zoo's African Plains exhibit.
