Everyone has a blast ooing and aahing over fireworks.
But the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission is reminding us of their dangers -- if used incorrectly.
They say fireworks-related deaths and injuries have increased.
And a new study shows that device malfunction and improper use are associated with most injuries.
The government says 65 percent of the injuries last year happened in the 30 days surrounding Independence Day.
