Susan Sarandon, Will Ferrell and Melissa McCarthy walk the red carpet in Los Angeles to celebrate the opening of their new comedy, "Tammy." The film tells the story of a woman facing multiple life-changing disasters looking to escape her small Midwestern hometown. She enlists the help of her grandmother, played by Sarandon, to accompany her on a cross-country road trip to turn her life around. McCarthy, joined by her hubby Ben Falcone, who directed and co-wrote the film, said there is a little Tammy in all of us. SOUNDBITE: Melissa McCarthy, actress, saying (English): " I think we all know all the right decisions we should be making and that everyday we do not make those choices and you make a new list and you say tomorrow I'm going to do this, this and this and then you don't and I think it's part of, you know, there's a little bit of our own worst enemy in all of us. So, I love that kind of struggle of someone trying to be better but not being so perfect that they can achieve it. I think that's really relatable to most people." The film opens in theaters Wednesday, July 2.
