ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) Toronto Mayor Rob Ford was cheered by supporters and attacked by critics on Tuesday as he interacted with his Toronto constituents, one day after his official return to office following a stint in a substance abuse rehabilitation clinic. Marching in a Canada Day parade in the city's east end, the scandal-plagued Ford was greeted by shouts of "disgrace" and "resign" from some in the crowd as he began his re-election campaign. He ignored jeers by wishing Canadians pleasantries on the country's 147th birthday. During the parade, Ford was confronted by local resident Joe Killoran, a Toronto-area teacher who was out for a jog when he crossed paths with the mayor. Killoran hurled questions and accusations at Ford while the mayor's staff attempted to intercede. "Answer one of the million questions people have for you," Killoran said. "People have a million questions about your lying and your corruption." Killoran accused Ford of using his office for personal gain as well as using his influence to lobby for Apollo Health and Beauty Care Company, a client of the Ford Family's labeling business. Ford did not respond to Killoran's accusations.
