A fast moving fire ripped through several rowhomes in Philadelphia early Saturday morning killing four children. SOUNDBITE: FIRE COMMISSIONER DERRICK SAWYER, SAYING: "This is a tragic, tragic day for Philadelphia, tragic. We lost four children today and I want everybody to understand that fire is everyone's fight, not just the fire department, it's everyone's fight." The fire tore through close to a dozen homes displacing more than 40 people. Local media reports people tried to rescue the four trapped children. The victims were all found dead in the same home. They were a 1-month-old baby boy, 4-year-old twin girls, and a 4-year-old boy. Firefighters are working to determine how and where the fire started.
