ROUGH CUT. NO REPORTER NARRATION Residents were picking up the pieces of their homes in the Guatemalan town of San Marcos after it was hit by a powerful earthquake. The magnitude 6.4 quake struck the area near the border with Mexico on Monday. Officials say at least two people were killed. One was a new-born baby who died when a hospital ceiling collapesed on him. The other death was in Mexico, where a man was killed by a falling wall. At least 81 people were injured. A municipal government official in San Marcos said that more than 40 homes were destroyed and more than 100 damaged. Residents of San Marcos are still recovering from the last earthquake to hit the city, a magnitude 7.4 in November 2012 that killed 48 people.
