(WARNING: SOME GRAPHIC CONTENT) Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu says Israel is ''weighing all options'' and no international pressure will stop them from acting with ''full force.'' Deborah Gembara reports.

***CONTAINS GRAPHIC IMAGE*** (Various of air strikes explosion) This is what the sky over the Gaza border looked like on Friday as Israeli forces moved into day four of an offensive on the area. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. (SOUNDBITE) (Hebrew) ISRAELI PRIME MINISTER BENJAMIN NETANYAHU SAYING: "We have so far attacked more than 1,000 targets. Hamas, Islamic Jihad and other groups. There is still more to go." He warned that he is weighing all options including a possible ground war, adding that the opinions of allies won't deter Israel. (SOUNDBITE) (Hebrew) ISRAELI PRIME MINISTER BENJAMIN NETANYAHU SAYING: "No international pressure will stop us from acting with full force." The death toll in Gaza is climbing ---and was nearing 100 on Friday. Among the dead --- this four year-old boy --- who was killed during an air strike on his family's home in northern Gaza. Palestinian officials say at least 74 civilians were killed, including 23 children. Israel reported it's first serious injury earlier in the day. The country's Iron Dome aerial defense system has blunted much of the impact say the military -- intercepting nearly 550 projectiles fired by militants in Gaza since Tuesday.
