Shock and anger in Luhansk after a deadly shelling kills at least three civilians.
Among the dead -- a female guard at the Luhansk southern district school -- killed by shrapnel.
With the destruction in plain sight, residents are disgusted by the brutal attack:
(SOUNDBITE) (Russian) LUHANSK RESIDENT ANGELINA, SAYING:
"What these bastards did yesterday cannot be described. You see what they've done. We are lucky, we've survived, we are picking up broken glass, but I am afraid to look at what's happened to these apartments. We don't know where we can go to, we have no such an opportunity and I don't want to."
A pro-rebel media outlet posted video showing destroyed military vehicles they say belong to the Ukrainian army.
Pieces of metal are scattered, allegedly on the road near Luhansk.
On Monday, Ukraine says its forces had broken through rebel lines surrounding Luhansk airport, ending a separatist blockade.
The military says its warplanes inflicted heavy losses on pro-Russian separatists during air strikes on their positions.
