Fires burn on the runway of Tripoli International Airport Tuesday as Libyan militia fighters transform it into a battlefield. Two days of fighting between rival militias has knocked out the airport's control tower and wrecked 11 civilian planes. The main terminal building has been turned into a field hospital. It's been three years since the uprising that toppled dictator Muammar Gaddafi. The new government is struggling to impose order in a country whose economy is in tatters. At least 15 people have been killed in the capital and the eastern city of Benghazi since Sunday. The violence has prompted the United Nations to evacuate its staff from the country.
