Wind-whipped wildfire in Washington state forces more evacuations in tourist town. Linda So reports.

Thick plumes of smoke from the Chiwaukum Creek fire in Washington State fill the sky. Strong winds are fueling the wildfire that has scorched more than 6,600 acres. SOUNDBITE: LYNN ANDERS, HELPING FAMILY EVACUATE, SAYING: "You can just look at the fire coming down that hill. Probably going to wipe out all these houses right here." It was a rush to get out of town as hundreds were ordered to evacuate. SOUNDBITE: TIM GERMAINE, EVACUEE, SAYING: "It's really something, even last night it's way worse now. But last night it really looked like the cauldron of Hell. You can see flames everywhere you looked." Ash from the fire is covering the town of Leavenworth as firefighters do what they can to save the tourist town. SOUNDBITE: WENDY FISHBURNE, EVACUEE, SAYING: "Pretty apocalyptic, you know. It's dark, the lights, you know turn on at the wrong times." The wildfire is believed to have been caused by lightning.
