Police say the alleged abuse happened inside this house in Greenville, Pennsylvania. That's where investigators say they found a 7-year-old boy weighing just 25 pounds, looking like a human skeleton. Police say he was beaten and starved and sometimes resorted to eating insects he found on the porch. SOUNDBITE: DORINE PRITTS, NEIGHBOR, SAYING: "It's a shock. It's a shock. And I think anybody that does that to children should get the same treatment." Neighbors say they had no idea anything was wrong. The boy's mother and grandparents have been charged in the case. SOUNDBITE: DONNA WAGNER, NEIGHBOR, SAYING: "That little boy don't deserve that all. She can have life and he can't." The boy's brother and two sisters also lived in the house, but they appeared to be fine. SOUNDBITE: DONNA WAGNER, NEIGHBOR, SAYING: "Why would you do that to just one child." SOUNDBITE: DORINE PRITTS, NEIGHBOR, SAYING: "Seen little girls playing out here and we really didn't pay that much attention." The boy was treated at the hospital last month. He has since been released.
