At least 12 people are known to have died in the floods and landslides unleashed by Typhoon Rammasun in Vietnam.
Four more are still missing.
This is Lang Son province near the border with China.
Residents were evacuated from about 2, 000 homes because of the threat of flooding.
It could be days before they're able to return.
The storm hit Vietnam and China over the weekend after claiming at least 77 lives in the Philippines.
Reports say another 17 people died in southern China according to state media.
