Israel says three of its soldiers were killed Wednesday, putting the military death toll at 32. Three Israeli civilians were also killed in rocket attacks out of Gaza.
With fighting raging in Gaza, the U.N. High Commissioner for Human Rights said there was "a strong possibility" that Israel was committing war crimes in Gaza. So far at least 687 Palestinians, mostly civilians, have died in the fighting.
Israel denies any wrongdoing.
More than 4,000 Palestinians including women and children have been injured since the beginning of the offensive.
