I knew that a BUK came from Lugansk. At the time I was told that a BUK was coming from Lugansk under the flag of the LNR toward Snezno. I do not know about this BUK. I’ve heard about it. I think it was brought back. I found out about it when I found out that this tragedy happened, most likely it was brought back in order to conceal the evidence of its presence. But you understand sometimes this question can be looked at in this context. Ukraine in advance had the information that the rebels, thanks to Russia, have this kind of weapon. And not only did they do nothing to ensure safety, but they provoked usage of this kind of weapon against a plane with civilians which was flying by. The thing is that it’s a battle zone occupied by our, so to speak, partners in this rebel movement that we have very little cooperation with. We do not know for sure exactly what resources they have, if they did or didn’t have it. If there is proof that they did, then there is no argument about that. I’m not impartial. I’m a terrorist, separatist, member of the militia, whatever you want to call it. Therefore I’m biased. I’m forced to say what will protect the party that I represent. Even though I may think different, see it different, and feel different. And this makes me feel somewhat uncomfortable. They knew that there is a BUK. They knew that it was heading to Snezno. They knew that it would be used there. They provoked the usage of BUK, for example, by starting to attack the object that they don’t need at all, Saur Mogila. They hadn’t been attacked by planes for a week before that and on that day they pushed so hard, and at the moment of the attack, at the moment of the civilian plane flying, they were attacking Saur Mogila, so even if there was a BUK, and even if it had been used, Ukraine did everything for the civilian plane to be shot down.
