Firefighters suspect arson in Philadelphia rowhouse fire

A Philadelphia rowhouse fire that forced three occupants to jump to safety may have been deliberately lit, according to firefighters. Rough Cut (no reporter narration).

The blaze, in a rowhouse in South Philadelphia, broke out at around 6 a.m, according to firefighters.
Three people, trapped on the second floor, were forced to jump to safety from a window.
Investigators say a male was seen throwing an incendiary device into the house before the fire broke out.
They say a suspect is in police custody and is being questioned.
The three occupants of the house - a 58 year old man, a 47 year old woman and a three year old child were taken to a nearby hospital for treatment. The child is believed to have broken her leg.
The fire is under investigation.
