The two biggest names and online real estate advertising zillow and Trulia. Are combining under one roof it's a 3.5. Billion dollar deal. It's also kind of an interesting deal -- -- because this is a very sort of decent industry online non advertising has a very small portion of -- in advertising. What does this deal means for the future is they're both very controversial names because some people you know the bears duplicate in this day of atlas. You know they've ever and it states -- uses these services filling in for -- yeah exactly I don't exactly what what our day and it's is Ali and -- ads that are. An online interviews they provide speeds and that they're real estate that a review looking for -- -- new home he going to be sites and a listing of all different sites and still has that's it. That was threatening me via the deer valley fair zillow is more of the buyers truly more for the sellers as the outbreaks if they -- to -- outlets and a the question is you know if you -- to does that mean that you know -- can be overlap between these two does that mean I'm originally made some things right or does it mean that. -- -- Lots of pictures disasters and a REALTOR.com. For a bit that are. And it's still very growing industries that you know look at me think -- -- combined to date to the grow faster in the future and they've run -- you know. Spent less than advertising perhaps you know and get higher markets you know that's key because both -- was a lot of money you know crashed as it they get together and mr. you know what do you think I mean do you think this is and again it's still very small part of the market on line. Allah is its. Usually when you have companies at this stage it is very hard to predict what's gonna happen and has you think about it you know I. I went and I bought a house recently intimate anecdotally you know -- by the realtors just a real pain to deal of concern or just did nothing for me. -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- Any competition problems here at the out of this look as far as getting through as an -- which should get through you know relatively easy ambassador there are a lot of it's it's new area there are a lot of companies spreading out. And -- instead -- there and quantity he with a realtor groups had a lot of its local. Yeah I don't I don't really see you know. Interesting deal will be keeping an eye on that one in the meantime stay tuned for more breaking news tomorrow.
