"Guardians of the Galaxy," Marvel's latest entry into box office superhero genre, is off to a record breaking start. The film, which stars Chris Pratt who's character leads a group of misfits to save the world, earned more than 11 million dollars (USD), the highest this year for a Thursday night debut.
Hollywood is now betting that the film could cross the 100 million dollar mark for the weekend.

Celebrities are using social media to voice their opinions on the Gaza/Israeli conflict with pop star Madonna one of the latest stars to post a message on both twitter and Instagram.
