In Gaza City, they're trying their best to get back into routine. Stores have re-opened and those parts of the city that haven't been bombed, are showing signs of activity. But for people camped out in this UN shelter, the overall reality of life in Gaza, is far from normal. (SOUNDBITE) (Arabic) GAZA RESIDENT, SOBHI RIZK, SAYING: "We want to live like the rest of the world, with humanity, with dignity. Right now, we're living under oppression, hunger, and we have nobody to support us at all." But at least the delicate truce held for a second day, while peace talks continued...although neither the Palestinian or Israeli side gave any indication of progress. Israeli officials say fighting could resume. As Gazans try desperately to earn a living, the United Nations is extending a helping hand.... distributing food to needy Palestinians. A show of support, in the face of ongoing misery and an uncertain future.
