ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) Three people are dead after a plane crashed on Friday (August 15) in rural North Texas. Lynn Lunsford of the Federal Aviation Administration said in an email that a twin-engine Cessna 414 plane crashed Friday afternoon near Bowie, about 100 miles northwest of Dallas. The FAA reported that an adult and two children were on board. Rescue crews have been investigating the wreckage. The cause of the crash is unknown.
