It's Hollywood along the Potomac in a new video featuring Kevin Spacey and Hillary Clinton. As part of what will likely be a flood of 68th birthday tributes to former U.S. President Bill Clinton, Spacey is in character as "House of Cards'' Machiavellian U.S. congressman turned vice president Frank Underwood, addressing the camera head on in trademark style, before making a prank phone call to Hillary and disguising his voice as that of her husband. Spacey's Underwood attempts to wrangle out of Hillary what she is getting her husband for his birthday. Hillary plays along with the spot on vocal impersonation before saying, Kevin, will you please just sign my husband's birthday card already."
The video is released by The Clinton Foundation. Bill Clinton will be 68 on August 19.
