Captain Ron Johnson of the Missouri Highway Patrol mingles with protesters shortly after Governor Jay Nixon declared a state of emergency and imposed a curfew on Ferguson, Missouri.
Johnson was put in charge of security after several tense and violent evenings in Ferguson, as protesters clashed with police following the death of 18 year old Michael Brown.
