With ominous clouds overhead, floodwaters are rushing through Arizona's North Valley. Tuesday's downpour dumped anywhere from 1 to 4 inches in the area, which was already saturated with a week's worth of rain. The storm swept away recreational vehicles, horse trailers and more, prompting numerous calls for help from stranded residents. The rain paralyzed the morning commute, stopping drivers on several area roadways. (SOUNDBITE) (English) UNNAMED DRIVER SAYING: "It was amazing. Seeing all of the traffic shifting over, thinking there was some emergency happening that crews were just adjusting traffic, but then suddenly the water came through. It was like the beginning of watching Noah or something." Crews in one area were called to save a group of dogs. No injuries were reported.
