Anger erupts on the streets of Santiago.
With stray dogs in tow, thousands of students clash with riot police.
Demanding free education, the students are asking for greater participation in reform discussions, currently driven by the government.
The students claim these discussions must involve social organizations... since it was these very organizations that called for reform in the first place.
Back in 2011, students started a wave of protests demanding free, high-quality education.
The government estimates 25,000 people took to the streets again for this protest.
