Miley Cyrus has been banned from performing in the Dominican Republic. The singer was scheduled to perform in the country on September 13, but a government agency issued a statement saying Cyrus "undertakes acts that go against morals and customs." There has been no word yet from the singer's camp about the ban. Brad Paisley teamed up with NASA for the premiere of his latest song "American Flag on the Moon." The country superstar headed to a launch pad at NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida, where he announced the song and communicated with astronauts via social media. Finally, Los Tigres del Norte received the 2,527th star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. The band is made up of four brothers and a cousin who came to the United States from Mexico as youths. The group, who have sold more than 37 million albums worldwide, are the first norteno band to receive the honor.
