Death toll continues to rise in Gaza war with no end in sight

Israeli airstrikes on Gaza kill at least nine people on Monday, health officials say, adding to the death toll that has already surpassed 2,000 since fighting began July 8. Gavino Garay reports.

Hospitals in Gaza are overwhelmed with injured civilians as a result of Israeli airstrikes.
As Israel enters its seventh week of war with Gaza, more than 2,000 Palestinians, mostly civilians, have been killed.
Adding to the death toll, 9 Palestinians, killed by Israeli airstrikes Monday.
And the fighting continues...
Video from the Israeli army says it shows an airstrike on a rocket launcher used by militants in Gaza, while Hamas militants say they've intercepted an Israeli drone.
Sixty four Israeli soldiers and four civilians have been killed since Israel launched its Gaza offensive on July 8, aimed at ending rocket fire into its territory.
