It was a big night for "Breaking Bad." The series was honored at the Primetime Emmy Awards as the top drama series on U.S. television for the second consecutive year, and picked up three top acting awards - including one for its lead star, Bryan Cranston. On the comedy side, "Modern Family" won the best series for the fifth straight year. It also earned a supporting acting nod for actor Ty Burrell. Julia Louis-Dreyfus won her third consecutive Emmy for her role as the ambitious and foul-mouthed U.S. Vice President on the political satire "Veep." And Jim Parsons won his fourth lead acting Emmy for playing the pedantic nerd Sheldon in "The Big Bang Theory." Meanwhile, Sofia Vergara has taken heat for her Emmy skit. During the show, the actress stepped onto a rotating platform, showing off her body, while the president of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences gave a speech. Critics took to social media to complain that the stunt objectified women, some calling it sexist. Vergara spoke to Entertainment Weekly, calling the comments "ridiculous." On the Emmy red carpet, a very pregnant Hayden Panettiere revealed she and fiance Wladimir Klitschko are expecting a baby girl. The actress was doing an interview when she referred to the baby as "she." The girl will be the first child for Panettiere and Klitschko, who have been engaged since last October.
