The sister of the accused Boston Marathon bombers is facing charges of aggravated harassment after allegedly making a bomb threat. Police say Aliana Tsarnaev called a woman in New York City and told her quote "I have people that can go over there and put a bomb on you." Tsarnaev, seen here last year in a Boston court where she was appearing in another case, was apparently involved in a dispute with the woman, although police gave no details. She lives here in North Bergen, New Jersey. After surrendering to police, Tsarnaev was charged but released to appear in court at a later date. Her brothers are accused of killing three and wounding more than 260 after detonating pressure cooker bombs at the Boston Marathon in 2013. Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was captured and is awaiting trial in November on terrorism charges. Tamerlan Tsarnaev was killed following a shoot-out with police.
