SOUNDBITE: MEIR LICHTENSTEIN, LAKEWOOD COUNCILMAN, SAYING: "From all indicators it was an accident and that means something to the family." There had been fears that Sofer, a student who was studying at a Jewish seminary in Israel had been kidnapped amid fighting between Israel and Hamas. But so far, authorities are ruling out foul play. SOUNDBITE: NEW JERSEY STATE SENATOR BOB SINGER, SAYING: "Unfortunately as you know as the days ticked on, it was more of a look as a possible kidnapping than someone being hurt and possibly just lost in the woods. SOUNDBITE: MEIR LICHTENSTEIN, LAKEWOOD COUNCILMAN, SAYING: "There is some comfort in knowing that Aaron did not meet a violent end or an end that was perpetrated by terrorism or kidnapping."
