Justin Ross Harris has been indicted on murder charges in the death of his toddler son who was left strapped in a hot car for seven hours. The Georgia dad will be tried on eight counts including malice murder and felony murder, charges that could lead to the death penalty. Harris told police he forgot to drop his son off at daycare on his way to work back in June. But prosecutors argue he deliberately left the 22-month-old in the car to die because he wanted to live a "child-free life." Harris is being held without bond.
