ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) Two women escaped unhurt after a great white shark attacked their kayak on Wednesday, knocking them into the water. Harbormasters rescued the two kayakers off Manomet Point in Plymouth, Massachusetts after a bystander heard their screams and called 911. Ida Parker and her friend Kristin Orr say they were enjoying their time on the water when out of nowhere, the shark came up from underneath their boat and bit through it, flipping the women over. There have been several shark sightings off the Massachusetts coast this summer. Last week, a shark was spotted in the waters off Duxbury beach.
