But according stuck on the -- next host hi takes city to find out more are joining me he had the stuff comes -- take fest is Thomas hot week. CTO and co-founder of king. King has offices all day today but what is it about Stockholm on its talent that is so special. I think the of this -- the special thing with the Stockholm this. The whole community with the young people very well educated. Spending a lot of time doing tech stuff and that's the kind of awesome thing with the -- Was stuck -- I think. Eight out of Europe's affect -- billion. Dollar tech companies -- stock on how does it managed to keep generating -- successful startups. I think it goes back to the educational people. I had big hole talent pool in Stockholm and the whole Sweden is this is very big. And I think I think that the whole sort of climate with the who is. That the way that we organize. In and sort of flat organization as we embrace creativity now and that's sort of kind of things. Allows us to it to -- they innovation and -- I think. And how does it compare with other hubs like London bar and then for example what's the big difference would you say. I think did the big difference for Stockholm is that we. I don't know that much of a Long Island that if if I compare stock -- it to Berlin I think one of the big things. That that the first hearing in and sparkle has that we have a couple of all of it all really good and successful companies. Where's the sort of challenges are very different so it comparing -- to Berlin and looking at Berlin pulsing. For finding new talent thing getting them into the -- so much easier. In Berlin compared to Stockholm where pulsing as a big problem. And -- it easy to attract -- and -- skew either. I think it's it's. Historically when we start off it was quite hard because we were quite anonymous company that now with the with the with -- success so of -- across from the but still. Finding enough people to all these successful companies to stop on this challenge. And what you companies he excited about. -- in a specific in Stockholm I think that that that I was just coming off the panel and I -- I saw. Four. Different. Pitches and I think that's and they were all coming from from start -- companies. And I think all those were great. If you just walk around here you can sort of see a lot of very interesting complaints. And what -- -- grandmother is in the community that you have applied to king. I think. I didn't. Looking at. So is a basic do we we. I start off working in an in quick -- different company but still the culture. That we had at that company with a sort of a young generation of people really it. Passionate about technology and I think that I learned a lot of it during that experience and that is something that we have been trying to break into two king. And looking at the whole community I think I learn things every day either from Smart I'd be so our our new ways of doing stuff so. For me it's a long -- now learning I think. So do you think is important to be part of something big gain and a lot of stock -- submit any successful all of them that you can. We live often Bryant. -- absolutely I think that's the kind of cool thing with the tech and start up -- in Stockholm is that. You can see everyone sort of good. Talking to each other and turn in -- sound and the experiences -- and that is sort of what builds this whole scene I think in Stockholm which is. Super awesome to be part I think. It is -- scene or communicated its whatever her fifth one thing where things happen.
