ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) Pennsylvania police are learning more about the man suspected in the ambush of two state troopers outside their barracks last week. "Eric Frein has a long standing grudge with law enforcement and government in general since at least 2006... Frein also belongs to a military simulation unit based in Eastern Pennsylvania in which participants assume the role as soldiers of Eastern European countries," said Lt. Col. George Bivens during a news conference on Wednesday. An arrest warrant was issued for Eric Matthew Frein, 31, of Canadensis, Pennsylvania, on first-degree murder and seven other charges. The shooting late on Friday outside the Blooming Grove barracks, about 100 miles north of Philadelphia, killed Corporal Bryon Dickson, 38, and critically wounded Trooper Alex Douglass, 31. The officers were shot during a shift change. Police say Frein is armed and extremely dangerous. He is believed to be on the loose with a .308-caliber rifle and scope. Lt. Col. Bivens also had a direct message for Frein saying, "We are coming for you. It's only a matter of time until we bring you to justice for committing this cowardly act."
