She's been fundraising in New Orleans for Republican Tea Party Candidate for Senate, Rob Maness (MAY-NESS). He's hoping to win the nomination over another Republican rival and to unseat Democratic Senator Mary Landrieu in November. SOUNDBITE: SARAH PALIN, FORMER ALASKA GOVERNOR, SAYING: "This race is one of five that the eyes of America are on. We're watching to see what will happen here. Will it be a benchmark?" Supporters were served alligator meat and were told to bring one undecided voter with them. The race is turning into a battle of endorsement, with former Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney arriving next week to fundraise for Mayness' opponent.
