U.S. Senate candidates in Colorado try to appeal to voters one last time before Tuesday's midterm election, in one of the most closely watched races in the country. Vanessa Johnston reports.

Colorado's Democratic Senator Mark Udall rallies two key voting blocks -- Hispanics and young people -- on the eve of the midterm election. (SOUNDBITE) (English) INCUMBENT DEMOCRATIC SENATOR MARK UDALL: "I will join Senator Bennet the day after the election to push the president to sign an executive order to keep families together." He's facing a tough race against Republican Representative Cory Gardner. (SOUNDBITE) (English) REPUBLICAN CHALLENGER CORY GARDNER: "We've always said that Colorado would be the tip of the spear, the fulcrum of power, the opportunity to change this direction around." Republicans must pick up six more seats from Democrats to reclaim control of the U.S. Senate.
