ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) STORY: Former Florida governor Jeb Bush strongly criticized President Obama's signature health care law Saturday at an event in Iowa. Appearing at the 2015 Iowa Ag Summit, Bush responded to a question about healthcare by bringing up the size and scope of the Affordable Care Act, also known as Obamacare. 'We've created a monstrosity of consolidating power in Washington, DC," Bush said, "suppressing wages, making it uncertain for investment." Bush went on to say the healthcare law has been the "greatest job-suppressor" during the recovery from the 2008 economic crash, and called for a more market-driven system with the government only providing catastrophic coverage. Bush, who's father and brother both served as president, is considered one of the frontrunners for the 2016 Republican nomination.
