Three men accused of plotting to aid Islamic State militants plead not guilty in a Brooklyn court: Abdurasul Hasanovich Juraboev, Akhror Saidakhmetov, and Abror Habibov. They were arrested last month and indicted on Monday. This was Habibov's attorney Eric Franz outside the court. (SOUNDBITE) (English) ERIC FRANZ, ATTORNEY FOR ABROR HABIBOV, SAYING: "He's shocked and surprised as to why he would get put into such a situation. Meaning, he's reviewed the indictment and he is shocked that he has been charged with this activity." Attorney Adam Perlmutter warned against jumping to conclusions. (SOUNDBITE) (English) ADAM PERLMUTTER, ATTORNEY FOR AKHROR SAIDAKHMETOV, SAYING: "At this point, I remind everybody that these are merely allegations contained in an indictment. An indictment is evidence of nothing. And until we actually start seeing the evidence, start seeing the materials that the government is producing, are able to analyze that material and assess it. Only then, will we be able to get our hands around what this case is all about." The judge has set a hearing for June 19. All three men are being held without bail before trial.
