ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) White House spokesman Josh Earnest says negotiators are still having constructive conversations at the Iran nuclear talks and have not reached a deadline yet. "What my colleagues in Europe have indicated is that if the conversations continue to be productive, but yet aren't finalized by the end of the day today, that they would leave open the possibility of continuing those negotiations," said Earnest. Earlier, the United States said it was prepared to work past a midnight deadline into Wednesday (April 1) if progress was being made towards clinching a preliminary nuclear deal between Iran and global powers. Negotiations appeared to be bogged down on an outline agreement aimed at curbing sensitive Iranian nuclear activities, while officials cautioned that any agreement would likely be fragile and incomplete.
