ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) U.S. President Barack Obama hosted religious leaders at the White House for an Easter prayer breakfast marked by moments of levity on Tuesday. Obama thanked the group for their prayers for his family, adding that as a father, "I need prayer." "My daughters are starting to grow up. They're going on college visits... I start tearing up in the middle of the day and I can't explain it. Why am I so sad? They're leaving me." The breakfast, was just one of the events marking the Christian holiday of Easter at the White House. Obama also discussed his own faith. "On Easter, I do reflect on the fact that as a Christian, I am supposed to love. I have to say that sometimes when I listen to less than loving expressions by Christians I get concerned... but that's a topic for another day," he said to laughter and applause. Amy Grant, a gospel and pop singer performed at the breakfast. The gathering of religious leaders took place a day after thousands of children and their parents descended on the White House lawn for the annual Easter egg roll.
