ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) STORY: U.S. President Obama meets with presidents of Liberia, Guinea and Sierra Leone at the White House Wednesday, saying "we can't be complacent" in the fight against Ebola. Obama said that last week, there were fewer than 40 new Ebola cases -- but the target is zero. He said that more than 10,000 people have died in this latest Ebola break out.
